RefundIQ was founded by a father-son team with over 50 years of combined experience in the technology sector. Their journey together represents a unique blend of seasoned expertise and fresh innovative thinking.

The senior founder built his career during the early days of the internet boom, founding and pioneering e-commerce and fintech companies to develop some of the first digital marketing systems that many of us now take for granted. His extensive experience in e-commerce, finance, data security, and consumer solutions provided the foundation for RefundIQ's robust infrastructure.

The younger founder brings expertise in modern consumer technology, AI, and user experience design. Having worked with several successful startups in the financial and medical software technology space, he recognized the gap in consumer-focused financial tools that actually put money back in people's pockets.

The spark for tracking refunds came from a personal source: the senior founder's wife.
